- Single point of contact between Big Pharma clients and R&D / support / sales teams on PLM (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, BIOVIA) - driving satisfaction, adoption and retention.
- Ran business analysis of regulatory requirements (EMA/FDA, IDMP, SPOR-O), built phased use cases for a RIM system and aligned the PLM roadmap up to Go-Live.
- Owned the KPI dashboard (usage, lead time, quality, risk) and executed corrective action plans - 95% of KPIs hit, −15% regulatory-data processing time.
- Proactively identified and mitigated critical risks, coordinating internal stakeholders to secure service continuity and customer value.
SadokRais
Life Science Project Manager × Customer Success
Bioengineer turned project leader. I bridge regulated science, enterprise PLM platforms and the humans who use them.
Two disciplines, one operating system.
Trained as a bio-industries engineer at INSAT and sharpened with an M2-MAE in Project Management & Innovation at IAE Paris-Sorbonne, I work where regulated life science meets enterprise software.
At Dassault Systèmes I led Big Pharma accounts on 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA and BIOVIA - translating FDA/EMA/IDMP requirements into product roadmaps while owning the customer relationship end-to-end.
Before that, I ran molecular biology and structural bio-informatics projects - so I read the science, the regulation and the SaaS contract with the same fluency.
- Regulatory (EMA, FDA, IDMP, GxP)
- PLM / RIM roadmap & Go-Live
- Business analysis & use cases
- Key account ownership
- Onboarding & adoption
- KPI, risk & escalation management
Selected experience
- Led a 6-month research project on tissue regeneration (fibronectin biomimetic motif × type-I collagen), combining bioproduction and recombinant DNA work.
- Validated protein–protein interaction via structural modelling (AlphaFold2, RosettaFold2, Swiss-Model) and molecular docking (ClusPro, LZerD, HDock) - 64% reduction in experimental time.
- Managed a team of 3 research assistants, owned GxP-grade data traceability and the project budget; output: a scientific article (under submission).
- Ran qualitative PCR and qPCR assays to identify and quantify leukaemic markers, feeding directly into patient diagnosis and follow-up.
- Owned the full BCR-ABL sequencing workflow (chronic myeloid leukaemia marker) - from DNA extraction (A260/A280 ratio 1.85–2.0) to interpretation in BioEdit.
- Guided 20 high-school innovators through 4 Design Thinking projects - ideation, prototyping, pitch.
- Delivered 8 functional prototypes presented to the foundation’s investment committee; focus on engagement, satisfaction and skill uplift.
- Physico-chemical and microbiological testing across raw materials, in-process and finished products under GMP/BPF.
- Full sample and result traceability - 100% quality compliance rate.
- Daily administration: documents, client & supplier files, contracts and invoicing.
- Interface between production, management and external partners; operational dashboards (orders, lead times, stock).
